We’re excited to support your journey! This free 30-minute introductory session provides you with an opportunity to discuss your goals, clarify whether coaching or therapy is the right path for you, and gain insight into how our work together can help you reach those goals.

During this session, we’ll talk through your expectations, outline what you’re hoping to achieve, and explore how I can support you in navigating challenges, building resilience, and creating a life worth living. This session is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the process, allowing us to assess if we’re a good fit for one another. The goal is to ensure that you feel confident and informed before moving forward.

This introductory session is available only for new clients and serves as a valuable first step in establishing a supportive and collaborative partnership. Simply select a few preferred times at checkout, and I’ll follow up to confirm or propose alternatives based on my availability.
