My work in therapy is rooted in a deep curiosity about the human experience and a genuine commitment to supporting others on their journeys. I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology and have specialized training in transpersonal psychotherapy, professional hypnosis, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These tools, along with others, allow me to guide you through life’s challenges with both depth and sensitivity.
I draw inspiration from art, history, mindfulness, and the natural world, which enriches my understanding and shapes the way I approach my work. Outside my professional life, I enjoy reading, exploring new ideas, writing, painting, and practicing martial arts. Each of these activities broadens my perspective and enhances my ability to connect with others.
In both therapy & coaching, my goal is to be a thoughtful guide, helping you tap into your inner strengths and uncover the resources you need to create a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful.

I utilize tools from transpersonal psychology, hypnosis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and coaching techniques, alongside approaches from art therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other integrative methods.
