Do you provide in-person or virtual sessions?

Yes, I offer both in-person sessions in Bucharest, Romania, and virtual sessions to accommodate different preferences and ensure accessibility. Currently, most of my sessions are virtual, as they provide flexibility for busy schedules and remote clients while being equally effective as in-person meetings. Virtual sessions also allow participants to connect from familiar and comfortable environments, often enhancing feelings of safety and empowerment during our work together. How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts 50 to 55 minutes.

What kind of commitment is recommended?

The duration and frequency of our sessions will depend on your individual goals and needs. Some people find value in a few targeted sessions focused on specific issues, while others prefer & might need a longer-term approach for deeper exploration and growth. We’ll explore together what feels right for you and tailor the commitment accordingly. This can be renegotiated at any point during our work together.

How will I know if I’m making progress?

Progress varies for each person but often includes increased self-awareness, resilience, alignment with your values, and a positive shift in mindset towards yourself and others. Do I need therapy if I completed personal development courses?
